Income tax (preddavok na daň)
The 2026 four-band progressive scale (19% / 25% / 30% / 35%) on the partial tax base, the monthly non-taxable part of the tax base, and the child tax bonus (daňový bonus) — every value editable per company.
Social insurance
Sociálna poisťovňa split fund by fund (nemocenské, starobné, invalidné, nezamestnanosť, garančné, rezervný fond, úrazové) at 9.40% employee / 25.20% employer on the capped assessment base.
Health insurance
Zdravotná poisťovňa at 5% employee / 11% employer of gross (2026 employee rate), with reduced rates for a registered disabled (ZŤP) employee and the employee's chosen insurer (VšZP, Dôvera, Union).
Mesačný výkaz register
One run computes social, health and income tax per employee, with run totals and a CSV / Excel monthly-statement register plus a statutory remittance summary by collecting agency.
Rodné číslo validation & BYOK
The employee birth number is validated structurally, by embedded birth date (with the female +50 and overflow month offsets) and by the modulo-11 check digit. Figures are computed locally; you file the mesačný výkaz and the health/tax returns through the official SP, health-insurer and Financná správa portals with your own credentials. No employee data leaves Odoo.
All rates, limits and allowances ship with the current 2026 statutory defaults; confirm them against the latest official guidance before running live payroll.
