Important correction - please update
Versions before 19.0.1.0.16 / 18.0.1.0.17 targeted a marketplace API that ManoMano does not use, at a hostname that does not resolve, so they could not connect to ManoMano at all. This version talks to the official ManoMano Partners API at partnersapi.manomano.com. Please update the module and re-enter your Partners API key from the ManoMano Toolbox (Settings → API keys) together with your seller contract id. The update keeps your existing key untouched until you replace it, and the price is unchanged — there is nothing new to buy.

This connector talks directly to the official ManoMano Partners API with your own API key: publish offers, keep price and stock in sync, and import, accept, ship, refund and invoice orders from inside Odoo. No middleware, no third-party SaaS in between.
Bring Your Own Key - we are not a reseller or integrator. This module connects Odoo directly to the ManoMano Partners API with your own API key and seller contract id. Your seller relationship, contract and support stay between your company and ManoMano; your credentials never leave your Odoo and we have no access to your account or data.
Who is it for
ManoMano is the leading DIY, home-improvement and gardening marketplace in France and across Europe. Its Partners API is published at partnersapi.manomano.com, with a sandbox at partnersapi.sandbox.manomano.com. Sellers running their catalogue and stock in Odoo otherwise upload offer files and chase order acceptance by hand. This connector automates the full offer-to-ship loop, one Odoo account record per ManoMano seller contract.
Key Features
Push Offers (SKU/EAN, Price, Qty, Shipping Window)
Publish Odoo products as ManoMano offers using the Internal Reference as the seller SKU. Send EAN, VAT-inclusive price, recommended retail price, eco-participation, quantity, display weight, the carrier grid with its minimum and maximum shipping days, and the packaging rules (minimum quantity and increment) through PUT /api/v1/offers, twenty offers per request. Create and update in one click or on a schedule. ManoMano's answer is recorded per SKU: online, warning, rejected, or a conflict to retry.
Sync Stock & Price
A scheduled job pushes free-to-promise quantities and prices through PATCH /api/v2/offer-information/offers so you never oversell across channels. ManoMano freezes whatever the API sends by default, which would stop your own feed imports from updating those offers - so the freeze choice is an explicit, mandatory setting on the account and is sent on every call, and a one-click unfreeze hands control back to your feed.
Order Import → Sale Orders
Pull orders by ManoMano status (PENDING, PREPARATION, SHIPPED) into native Odoo sale orders, with the real order date, currency, VAT-exclusive line prices, the shipping charge as its own line, the shipping and billing addresses, the November 2023 VAT entity (B2B flag, VAT and invoice liability, fiscal, intra-community, local VAT, recipient code, EORI) and product lines matched on the seller SKU. Imports are idempotent - re-running never duplicates. Optional auto-accept of orders still in PENDING.
Accept, Refuse, Ship and Refund
Accept or refuse whole orders from the sale order, batched fifty per request - ManoMano's acceptance is at order level. Send a shipment with the carrier, tracking number and tracking URL in a single call, one entry per parcel when an order travels in several, each with its own products. Refund with the two documented reasons (out of stock, or a customer cancellation), with or without the shipping fees. The carrier is free text, validated as non-empty: ManoMano publishes no carrier list.
Invoices and Credit Notes
Send a posted customer invoice or credit note to its ManoMano order as a PDF, straight from the invoice form. ManoMano then shows it in the Toolbox and in the customer's account, and notifies them. A button on the account lists the invoices customers are still waiting for, so the three open days ManoMano allows after shipment do not run out unnoticed.
Partners API Authentication
ManoMano authenticates with your API key in the x-api-key header plus an x-thirdparty-name integration identity - no Bearer, no OAuth. Create the key in the ManoMano Toolbox under Settings → API keys (an Admin role is required; it is shown only once). The base URL is normalised so pasting any form of the address just works, and a sandbox switch points the same account at ManoMano's test host.
Scheduled Crons + Per-Call Audit Log
Scheduled jobs handle order import, offer and price/stock sync, status write-back and offer-result polling, plus manual buttons for each. Every single API call is logged with its endpoint, HTTP method and status, duration, retry attempt and ManoMano request id, with the request and response bodies kept for managers and the API key redacted everywhere. A retention setting and a daily purge keep the table in check. Marketplace User and Manager security groups are included, and the API key is readable by managers only.
How It Works
- Install the module in Odoo 18, 19 or 20.
- Configure BYOK credentials - create a ManoMano account record, paste the API key from your ManoMano Toolbox together with your seller contract id, choose the marketplace pricelist, the price tax mode and the freeze policy, and test the connection.
- Flag the products to publish, push offers, and let the scheduled jobs import orders, sync price and stock, write marketplace statuses back, and follow every offer update to its result.
Why This ManoMano Odoo Connector
Generic multichannel suites are expensive and route your data through a third-party SaaS. This module talks directly to the ManoMano Partners API from inside Odoo with no middleware. It also refuses to guess on your behalf: a zero price, a missing weight, a missing shipping window, a currency that does not match your pricelist or an unmatched SKU stops with an error naming the product and the field, instead of quietly shipping the wrong thing to the marketplace. You own the key, you own the data.
