Structured health-history storage with rule-driven contraindication detection that raises alert or blocking flags automatically. Version-controlled consent per procedure with a re-consent expiry interval and a daily cron that expires stale consents. Before/after photo consent with granular usage grants (medical record, marketing, social media, training) and a linked gallery. Per-service required-form gating enforced at check-in: no signed intake, no valid consent, or an open blocking flag prevents the appointment check-in. Immutable audit trail recording who signed, submitted, consented and overrode what, and when.
