Scope

Pokutsoft provides installation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for AI Duplicate Issue Detector for Jira and its other published Forge apps.

Target response times

  • First response: within 1-2 business days.
  • Critical issues (app not working): prioritized.

What to include in a support request

  • Your Atlassian site name (e.g. yourcompany.atlassian.net)
  • The app name and version
  • A screenshot or description of the issue and the steps to reproduce it
  • An approximate timestamp, to help match against logs

Notes

  • The App is "Runs on Atlassian"; your data does not leave the Atlassian platform. See our Privacy Policy.
  • Billing and cancellation are handled through the Atlassian Marketplace, per our Terms of Use.
