AI Duplicate Detector & Issue Assistant - Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of AI Duplicate Issue Detector for Jira (the "App"), a Forge app for Atlassian Jira published by Pokutsoft ("we", "us"). Purchasing, billing, and cancellation are handled through the Atlassian Marketplace, under Atlassian's Marketplace Terms of Use, which apply in addition to these Terms.
1. License
Customers with a valid Atlassian Marketplace subscription to the App are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on their own Atlassian instances for the duration of their subscription.
2. Acceptable use
- The App may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with Atlassian's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
- You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or otherwise misuse the App.
3. Billing
The App is billed on a per-user, per-month basis by the Atlassian Marketplace. Current pricing is shown on the App's Marketplace listing page. Any free trial period, if offered, is also shown on that listing page.
4. Service level and availability
The App runs on the Atlassian Forge platform; its availability depends on Atlassian's infrastructure. Pokutsoft uses reasonable efforts to keep the App available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
5. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pokutsoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Pokutsoft's total liability arising from use of the App is limited to the subscription fees paid for the App during the period giving rise to the claim.
6. Data and privacy
Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what the App processes and stores.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by cancelling your subscription through the Atlassian Marketplace. We may suspend access in cases of misuse of the App.
8. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published at this page.
