Recurring Issues - Terms of Use

These provider specific terms apply to Recurring Issues for Jira (the "App") in addition to the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement referenced from the Marketplace listing.

1. Automated issue creation

The App creates Jira issues and sub tasks based on schedules you configure. You are responsible for the schedules and templates you create and for the issues they generate. Scheduled creation runs as the App on an hourly cycle; actions you take in the interface run on your behalf, within your permissions. Pokutsoft is not responsible for issues created as a result of misconfigured schedules.

2. AI generated output

The optional plain English schedule parser uses Atlassian Forge LLMs (Anthropic Claude) to interpret text into a schedule. Its output is a suggestion that may be incomplete or inaccurate; you should review the resulting fields before saving. Pokutsoft does not warrant the accuracy of AI generated interpretations.

3. Data handling

The App runs on Atlassian with no external data egress and stores only schedules, holiday calendars and a capped run history within Atlassian Forge storage. It does not store Atlassian account personal data. See the privacy policy.

4. Acceptable use

The App must be used in compliance with Atlassian's terms and applicable law.

5. Support and billing

Support is provided via the listed support channel; billing and cancellation are handled by the Atlassian Marketplace.
