This Privacy Policy explains how Pokutsoft ("we", "us") processes personal data when you visit https://pokutsoft.com or contact us. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors in the EU/EEA and with Turkey's Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK).

1. Controller

2. What we collect and why

  • Form submissions. When you use our contact, demo, support, or quote forms we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email, company, country, message, Odoo version, order reference). Legal basis: performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f); KVKK Art. 5).
  • Email. If you email us, we process your message and contact details to reply.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider may process technical data (e.g. IP address, user agent) transiently for security and to deliver the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that do not track individuals or set cookies, and do not collect personal data that identifies you. No cross-site tracking, no advertising networks, no data brokers.

3. What we do NOT do

We do not use third-party tracking pixels, ad networks, or data brokers. We self-host our fonts (no Google Fonts CDN call). We never sell or rent your personal data. Our Odoo modules themselves do not phone home, do not meter usage, and do not transmit your business data to us or any third party - your data stays in your own Odoo instance.

4. Recipients and processors

  • Hosting / CDN to serve the website.
  • Email provider to deliver form notifications and auto-replies.

Processors act on our instructions under appropriate data-processing terms. Where data is transferred outside the EEA/Türkiye, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. Retention

We keep form and email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal obligations, then delete it. We store nothing sensitive beyond what is necessary.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR and KVKK you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any right, email info@pokutsoft.com. EU visitors may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; Türkiye data subjects may apply to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
