These Terms govern your use of the https://pokutsoft.com website and our Odoo modules. By using the site you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. Our modules

Our Odoo apps are sold through the official Odoo Store under that store's purchase terms. Each module is licensed for installation in your own Odoo instance. Stated Odoo version compatibility, features, and limitations are documented on each module's page. Modules do not phone home, meter usage, or transmit your data to us.

3. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it unlawfully.

4. Intellectual property

The website content, branding, and module source (except third-party components under their own licenses) are owned by Pokutsoft or its licensors.

5. No warranty for the website

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Module warranties, where applicable, are described on the Odoo Store listing and in our Refund & Support Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pokutsoft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
