Generate the bilan social for a financial year from the employees in Odoo: headcount at closing, average workforce in FTE, hours worked and personnel cost split by men and women and by full-time and part-time, hires and departures, and the formal, less formal and informal training codes. The result is a worksheet and a file you use to fill in the annex; nothing is filed.

Code grid
One line per code of the schedule, filled automatically where Odoo holds the data and editable where it does not.
Closing headcount and FTE
Employees on the payroll on the closing date, with their regime from their working schedule on that day.
Hours and cost
Hours worked and personnel cost for everybody employed during the year, leavers included, prorated over the weeks employed, split by gender and regime.
Movements
Hires and departures from the contract dates of the year, split by gender and full-time / part-time.
Training blocks
Formal, less formal and informal training with participants, hours and net cost per gender, carried onto the 58xx codes.
History-safe
The contract data as it stood on the closing date is used, so a raise signed after year end does not change last year's figures.
Validation
Generate, check, validate; a validated worksheet is locked until reset.
Export
A CSV or text file of the codes and the training detail for your accountant or the filing software.

Questions
Does the app file the annual accounts?
No. It prepares the bilan social figures; the filing with the National Bank is done by you or your accountant.
Are absences deducted from hours worked?
Yes when the Time Off app is installed; otherwise the contractual hours are used.
