Uploading receipts one by one to DATEV Unternehmen online takes time. Collect the posted invoices of a period, let the app fill the DATEV metadata and build the ZIP with document.xml and the PDFs, and drop it into your Belegtransfer folder.
What you get
Containers
One container per upload with its documents, total amount, state draft, ready or exported, and the ZIP.
From posted invoices
Customer invoices, vendor bills and credit notes: number, date, amount, currency, partner and VAT id are taken from the invoice, the latest PDF attachment is added.
Ablage per profile
A profile with Beraternummer and Mandantennummer routes outgoing invoices, incoming invoices and cash receipts to their Ablage.
document.xml
Archive, header and content with one document per Beleg, each with its file and property extensions.
Validation before export
Errors block the export: every Beleg needs its PDF, and an invoice already in the container is not added twice.
One file name per Beleg
Duplicate PDF names are renamed in the ZIP and in document.xml alike.
