ELDANORM wholesaler catalogues into Odoo products and supplier prices
Discount groups and semicolon ELDANORM exports staged, previewed and committed, with net price per piece and a price change per article
Import the catalogue of your electrical wholesaler: the file is read into staging lines first, so you see every article with list price, price unit, discount group and the resulting net price per piece before anything is written. Commit creates the missing products and writes the supplier prices in the file currency; the catalogue items remember the previous net price, so the next file shows the change in percent.
Key features
What is read
The semicolon-delimited ELDANORM export: header record S (version, supplier, currency), article records T, price records P and discount records R. A fixed-width file is recognised and refused with a clear message.
Encodings
CP850 (DOS), Latin-1 or UTF-8, so the umlauts of article texts arrive correctly.
Net price per piece
List price divided by the price unit (for example per 100), minus the supplier's discount for the article's Rabattgruppe; net prices are taken as they are.
Nothing at 0.00
An article without price record or with an unreadable price becomes an error line with the reason and is never written; prices without decimal separator follow the scale you choose.
Commit to products
Matches the product by supplier article number, EAN or internal reference, creates missing products and writes product.supplierinfo with the session's company and the file currency.
Catalogue items with price change
Per supplier and article the latest list and net price, the previous net price and the change in percent.

1. Parsed catalogue file

Who may commit?
The ELDANORM / Manager role, which purchase managers receive; it includes the right to create products. Purchase users can import and preview.
Is the fixed-width ZVEH variant supported?
No. The module reads the semicolon-delimited export and tells you when a file is the fixed-width variant.
