Weight rate card, labels, return labels, PaketShop delivery, tracking and cancellation at Hermes for the ProfiPaketService
Enter your own Hermes HSI login and customer number. Odoo builds the ProfiPaketService shipment from the delivery order with sender, recipient, weight and dimensions, stores the tracking number on the delivery order and, when the delivery method offers it, requests the return label in the same step.
Key features
Your own Hermes account
HSI user, password, API key and customer number per account, sandbox or production and a connection test. Credentials are visible to Hermes managers only.
Labels from the delivery order
Recipient, e-mail, weight and dimensions are taken from the delivery; the tracking number is written to the delivery order.
Return labels
With Offer Return Label on the delivery method the return label is requested together with the outgoing label; a refused return label stops the delivery instead of being skipped. Several return labels can be created at once from the shipment list.
PaketShop delivery
Search PaketShops and Paketkästen near the recipient's postcode and send the parcel to the chosen shop.
Rate card with a weight limit
Outgoing and return rate per weight bracket, per carrier or as a shared default. Parcels above 31.5 kg are refused, and a weight above every bracket gets no price.
Tracking and cancellation
Hermes status codes are mapped to in transit, delivered or returned; a labelled parcel is cancelled at Hermes before it is cancelled in Odoo.

Yes. Every request runs under your own HSI account; Hermes invoices you directly.
What is the weight limit?
31.5 kg per parcel, the ProfiPaketService limit; heavier parcels are refused in Odoo.
