A case collects every garnishment and assignment against one employee. Orders rank by their date of service (§804 Abs. 3 ZPO). Each month the attachable amount goes down the ranks until it is used up; the extra part that §850d allows for maintenance goes to the maintenance orders first, and what no claim can take stays with the employee.

Pfändungs- und Überweisungsbeschluss, maintenance order or Lohnabtretung with claim, interest and costs; the rank follows the date of service, re-ranked when an order is added, suspended or reactivated.
Distribution wizard
Enter the attachable amount of the month and the extended §850d part, preview the allocation per creditor and confirm it as a run.
Maintenance first in the extended part
The extended part is served to maintenance orders only; ordinary creditors never receive it, and an unused rest returns to the employee.
Balances and progress
Distributed amount, balance and progress per order; an order is settled when its balance reaches zero; a run can be reversed.
§850e incomes
Main and secondary incomes of the employee with the combined net to compute the attachable amount on.
§840 Drittschuldnererklärung
Due two weeks after service for a garnishment, not for an assignment; pending and overdue declarations are listed in the chatter.
