Hazardous substances and safety data sheets in one register
GHS classification, H and P statements, SDS versions with review dates, the 2020/878 format check, TRGS 510 co-storage check and the Gefahrstoffverzeichnis
Each hazardous substance carries its CAS number, signal word, pictograms, hazard classes, H and P statements, storage class and water hazard class. Safety data sheets are kept as versions; registering a new one supersedes the old. The register shows which sheet is current, which is due for review, which is outdated and which is missing.

Substances
CAS number with check-digit validation, EC and REACH numbers, signal word, pictograms, hazard classes, H and P statements, CMR/PBT flags, storage class and WGK.
SDS versions
Version, revision date, language, issuer and file; the new current version supersedes the previous one, which stays on record.
Review and format
Each sheet has a review interval; the product shows current, review due, outdated or no SDS, and a sheet revised before Regulation (EU) 2020/878 is flagged.
Reminders
A daily job creates one reminder per product that needs attention, for the product's responsible person, else the storage manager, else an SDS manager; it closes when the sheet is current again.
TRGS 510 co-storage
Each storage location checks every pair of storage classes against table 12 and shows separate storage or the explanation number.
Gefahrstoffverzeichnis
Name, classification, quantity, work area and the SDS reference per substance (§ 6 (12) GefStoffV), with the counts of current, due, outdated and missing sheets.
Labelling text
The workplace label text with signal word, pictograms and the full H and P statements.
