Trusted Shops review invites from your Odoo orders
Your own Shop-ID and eTrusted keys, service and product invites when an order is confirmed, reminders, reviews and the Trustbadge snippet
Enter your Trusted Shops ID (TSID), eTrusted channel and API keys. When a sales order is confirmed the module creates a service invite and one product invite per product, scheduled after your delay. Queued invites are sent to eTrusted with your own credentials, or in payload mode only written as the JSON you can check. Reviews are kept in Odoo per shop and product with the average and the distribution.
Key features
Your own Trusted Shops account
TSID checked for its format, eTrusted channel, client ID and secret; the secret is readable by Trusted Shops managers only.
Invites on order confirmation
A service invite and one product invite per product (no down payments, no delivery lines, no duplicates), scheduled after the delay you set.
Send or payload only
In API mode the daily job sends due invites as trigger events to eTrusted; in payload mode the JSON is built and nothing leaves Odoo.
Reminders
Up to the number of reminders you set, at your interval after sending.
Cancelled orders
Invites of a cancelled order are cancelled and never sent.
Reviews
Reviews per shop and product with stars, text, verified flag and your reply; hide or publish; average and distribution per shop and per product.
Trustbadge
The Trustbadge script and a product review widget for your website, built from your TSID.
Double opt-in
The double opt-in flag of the shop goes into every invite payload.

Questions
Does the module download reviews from Trusted Shops?
No. Reviews are recorded in Odoo by hand or through import_reviews() from your own integration.
What happens if the API is not reachable?
Sending stops with an error message and the invite stays queued.
