Dewatering Monitoring
Dewatering wells, discharge volumes and water quality against the discharge consent
Excavations below groundwater need pumping under a discharge consent with volume and quality limits. Contractors keep the readings on paper and notice breaches at audit. Dewatering Monitoring records the daily readings and samples in Odoo, checks them against the consent the same day and prints the monthly return.

Wells, sumps and piezometers
Deep wells, wellpoint headers, sumps and piezometers per project with pump, flow meter, ground level, depth, screen and trigger level.
Pumps as maintenance equipment
Pumps carry rated capacity and power; a service interval in run hours opens one preventive maintenance request when it is reached.
Daily readings
Hour meter, flow meter, volume from the meter difference or estimated from run hours and pump capacity, average pumping rate and groundwater depth, level and drawdown.
Discharge consent
Reference, authority, discharge point, receiving type, daily volume limit, maximum rate, parameter limits with minimum and maximum, and expiry with warnings.
Water quality samples
Field or laboratory samples with results per parameter (pH, suspended solids, oil, iron, ammonia, conductivity, turbidity) checked against the consent limits.
Breach register
Daily volume, pumping rate and parameter exceedances and consent expiry create breaches with an activity; investigation, reporting to the authority and corrective action are recorded.
Graphs and dashboard
Discharge volume per day and well, groundwater levels against the trigger, today's volume and month to date against the limit.
Monthly return and logger import
The monthly discharge return PDF lists daily volumes, totals per well, maximum day, samples and breaches; readings can be imported from data logger CSV exports.
