Sample register

Category, supplier, manufacturer, collection, product reference, finish, colour and colour family, image, data sheet, shelf location and copies, with an EAN-13 barcode assigned automatically and printable labels.

Checkout and return

Check samples out to a person, project or client meeting with a due date; a checked-out sample cannot be checked out twice, and a scan wizard checks out or returns many samples at once.

Overdue reminders

A daily job creates one reminder activity per overdue checkout for the borrower; an optional limit caps open checkouts per person.

Supplier sample requests

Request samples from suppliers with lines and expected date; receipt creates the samples on the chosen shelf and late requests are chased.

Discontinued and review dates

Expiry dates discontinue samples automatically, review dates per category remind the librarian, and old discontinued samples are archived.

Project sample boards

Boards per project and room collect the selected samples with their use and print as a PDF board with images.

Library audit

Scan the shelves, compare with the register and see found, missing, misplaced, checked-out and unknown codes; applying the audit marks missing samples and moves misplaced ones.

Search and statistics

Search by name, reference, barcode, colour, category and supplier; times checked out and projects used on per sample; duplicate references are flagged.
