Planning Permit Tracker records every application and condition, computes the decision deadline from the period you enter, and blocks the commencement milestone while conditions due before it are open.

Type, authority, authority reference, proposal, submission and validation dates, determination period and extensions of time, decision and decision date, application fee.
Document checklist
Each application type brings its document list; submission is refused while mandatory documents are not ready.
Determination deadline
Deadline from the submission or validation date plus the period of the application type in calendar days, weeks or working days (with the authority's non-working days) plus agreed extensions; overdue decisions are flagged and reminded.
Conditions from the decision
Log the decision and paste the decision notice: numbered conditions are read with their trigger (prior to commencement, prior to a stage, prior to occupation, compliance) for you to confirm.
Discharge tracking
Discharge submissions with authority reference and decision; approval closes the condition, a refusal reopens it; discharge decision due dates follow the period you enter.
Milestone blocking
Project milestones marked as commencement, stage or occupation cannot be reached while conditions due before them are open; the project blocker view counts them.
Consultations and pre-application
Consultations with due dates, responses and objections; pre-application advice with outlook; resubmission linked to a refused application.
Expiry and reports
Permission expiry from the validity you enter with warnings when works have not started, appeal deadline after a refusal, authority performance pivot, status report PDF and XLSX register.
