Pledge management — record a donor promise, split it into weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual installments with a cent-accurate schedule that always lands exactly on the pledged amount.

Pledge accounting — confirming a pledge posts the promise to give (Dr Pledges Receivable / Cr Contribution Revenue); each payment relieves the receivable; uncollectible pledges are written off with a proper reversing entry.

Recurring / sustaining gifts

Recurring / sustaining gifts — set up monthly or annual gifts with an automatic scheduler that charges each gift when it comes due and books the contribution revenue. A period missed while a card was declined is skipped, never charged in a burst.
