Grade the competences of a leaving employee on the German 1 to 6 scale. The app proposes the matching sentences from its phrase library, builds a draft of the qualified or simple reference, checks it against §109 GewO and lets a second person review and approve it.

Fachwissen, Leistung, Arbeitsweise, Führung and Verhalten lines with a weight and a grade; the weighted overall grade is rounded half-up.
Phrase library
Sentences per section and grade, with pronouns filled in for the employee; you can pick another sentence per line.
Draft text
Heading, introduction, tasks, the graded sentences, summary, behaviour and closing formula as a draft for HR to edit.
§109 GewO check
Flags topics that must not appear in a reference, such as illness, and missing parts; a reference with an error cannot be approved.
Geheimcode scan
Paste any reference text: known coded phrases are listed, also when the text is written with umlauts (bemüht, gegenüber).
Review and approval
Draft, review, approved; an approved reference is locked until it is set back to draft.
Letter
Print the reference as a letter (PDF).
