Construction site diary (Bautagebuch) for VOB/B contracts
Daily entries with weather, crew per trade, equipment hours and deliveries, sign-off lock, obstruction and concern notices
Contractors working under VOB/B keep a site diary as evidence. Each site has its trades and subcontractors; each working day gets one numbered entry with weather, temperatures, crew and hours per trade, equipment hours, deliveries, the work done and special events. A signed entry is locked; only a manager can reopen it, with a reason that is written to the entry's audit log. Obstruction notices (§ 6 VOB/B) and concern notices (§ 4 Abs. 3 VOB/B) are raised from the entry and keep the link to day, site and trade.

Sign-off lock
A signed entry and its lines cannot be changed or deleted; a manager reopens it with a reason that is added to the audit log.
Obstruction and concern notices
Raised from the entry with trade, start and end, written notice date, expected extension in days and the matching VOB/B text.
Calendar and lists
Calendar and list per site and date, notices with status open, notified, ended and closed.
Reports
Printable daily entry and a period report per site with crew hours per trade and the notices of the period.
