Reusable export templates with German number and date format
Excel, CSV and XML from any Odoo model: decimal comma, thousands dot, DD.MM.YYYY, amounts in words, chosen columns, logged exports
Your tax adviser, your bank and your own spreadsheets want German formats. Define a template once: the model, the columns (also fields of a related record such as the customer name of an invoice), the column type and the file format. Run it from the template or from the list of the source records with the selected rows. Excel files get real numbers with German number formats, CSV files the separator and encoding you choose, and every export is logged with the file.
Key features
Templates for any model
Pick the model, the file format and the columns with header, order and type: text, integer, decimal, currency, percent, date, date and time, yes/no, amount in words, IBAN.
German formats
Decimal comma and thousands dot, DD.MM.YYYY dates in the user's time zone, EUR symbol, optional negative numbers in brackets.
Real Excel numbers
Excel files keep numbers and dates as values with German number formats, so the sheet can still calculate. Several sheets by a grouping field are possible.
CSV the way your receiver needs it
Semicolon, comma or tab, UTF-8 with or without BOM or Windows-1252, optional quoting; a character that Windows-1252 cannot hold is named instead of written wrongly.
Related fields
A column can read a field of a linked record, for example partner_id.name on invoices.
Start from the list
Every template adds a DE Export action to the list of its model, so the selected records are exported directly. A preview shows the first rows.
Export log
File name, template, format, record count, size, user and the file itself; users see their own exports, managers all.

Questions
Is this a DATEV interface?
No. It writes files in German formats; a DATEV booking batch format is not part of it.
How long is the log kept?
Log entries older than 90 days are removed automatically.
