Every Odoo account with its number in SKR03 and SKR04, the DATEV tax keys, a coverage check and a service the DATEV export apps call
A DATEV export needs two answers for every journal line: the account number in the Kontenrahmen of the tax adviser and the BU-Schlüssel of its tax. This app keeps those answers in one place. The setup wizard reads the chart Odoo installed (SKR03 or SKR04), maps every numeric account and seeds the DATEV keys; the crosswalk fills the number of the other chart where a row exists and never guesses one; the coverage check lists what is still open.
What you get
Setup from the installed chart
The wizard takes the Kontenrahmen from the chart Odoo installed for the company, sets the Sachkontenlänge, maps every numeric account and seeds the standard BU-Schlüssel. It changes company settings, so it is offered to the users who may edit companies.
Both numbers per account
Each mapping row holds the SKR03 and the SKR04 number. The number of the company's own chart is the account code; the other one comes only from a crosswalk row, so a missing row leaves it empty instead of pointing at a different account.
Crosswalk you can extend
33 shipped rows for common accounts (cash, bank, receivables, payables, VAT, revenue, costs), including the bank, receivable and payable accounts Odoo's German charts book on; the accounting administrator adds rows, and the table serves all companies of the database.
DATEV BU-Schlüssel
Keys 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8 and 9 as DATEV lists them; link each one to an Odoo tax. Without a link the key Odoo's German taxes carry is used.
Classification
Every number is classified by its SKR03 or SKR04 class (SKR03 class 7 Bestände included); Debitoren and Kreditoren are recognised by the length against the Sachkontenlänge.
Coverage check
Numeric accounts, mapped, unmapped, out of range and Personenkonten, with the list of open numbers and a warning when the company setting does not match the installed chart.
Service for the DATEV apps
One call returns Konto, BU-Schlüssel and classification of a journal line in the adviser's Kontenrahmen, so every DATEV export resolves accounts the same way.
