Answer public tenders on time
Deadlines, check-lists, bid / no-bid scoring and buyer questions
Register each tender you consider with its buyer, procedure, CPV code, estimated value and submission deadline. Load the document check-list of the country, score the opportunity, track the questions to the buyer and see whether the period given by the buyer meets the statutory minimum of the procedure. A tender cannot be marked submitted with mandatory documents missing or after its deadline.

Buyer, procedure (open, restricted, MAPA, framework, negotiated, competitive dialogue, contest), country, CPV code, value and deadline.
Deadline state
Days to deadline and a state on time, soon, urgent or passed; lists can be filtered on it.
Document check-lists
Templates per country load the documents to prepare; progress and missing mandatory documents are shown.
Bid / no-bid scoring
Weighted criteria give a score out of 100 and a recommendation go, review or no-go.
Submission guard
Submitting is refused while a mandatory document is missing or the deadline (date and hour) has passed.
Questions to the buyer
Questions with category, impact and answer deadline; overdue questions are flagged.
Statutory periods and thresholds
Minimum periods per procedure (Directive 2014/24/EU and French code) and EU thresholds by market and buyer type.
Pipeline and win rate
A dashboard with live, submitted, won and lost tenders, pipeline value and win rate.
