Amounts in words in French and Dutch
Cheques, contracts, orders and receipts, VAT included
Type an amount, choose French or Dutch and get the amount written out, the cheque line and the figure box. Save it with the payee, place and date and the document template places it in the right text. With VAT the tax and the total are written out too.
Key features
French and Dutch numbers
Correct French forms (quatre-vingts, soixante-et-onze, cents) and Dutch compound words (tweeentwintig, tweehonderdvierendertig).
Currency words
Major and minor unit per currency and language, such as euros / centimes or euro / cent, with an option to always write the cents.
Cheque line
The amount in capitals between asterisks, ready for a cheque, plus the figure box.
VAT in words
For an amount with VAT the tax amount and the total are written out as well.
Document templates
Cheque, contract, order and receipt templates per language with placeholders for words, payee, place and date.
Saved records
Every spelled amount is kept with payee, document type, place, date and memo.
Batch
Paste a list of amounts and get a CSV with figures, words and cheque lines.
Helper for other modules
A helper model exposes the words, cheque, ordinal, percentage and VAT functions to reports and other apps.
