Retention-tagged invoice archive for your own storage

Retention rule, destruction date and fingerprint per document, for France, Belgium and the Netherlands

Select the invoices of a period, and every attached PDF gets its retention rule for its country and document kind, its destruction due date, a SHA-256 fingerprint and a manifest. Your own storage job uploads the files to your bucket with your keys; the app records the mirroring, re-checks the fingerprints and tells you what may be destroyed and when.

Key features

Retention rules

Rules per country and document kind with years, legal reference, validity dates and source; a rule without a source is flagged.

Per-document metadata

Each archived file gets its rule, retention years, destruction due date and an object key built from country, year and fingerprint.

Fingerprint and manifest

SHA-256 of the PDF, size, type and a JSON manifest pointing back to the source document.

Mirror runs

A wizard collects the attachments of the invoices and credit notes of a period into a run; the upload plan and manifest file are generated for your job.

You keep the keys

The app never sends bytes: your own job uploads them; the run records that the mirroring was done.

Integrity re-check

The source file is hashed again and compared with the recorded fingerprint, on demand and every night.

Legal hold

Holds stop destruction; rules can set a hold by default.

Destruction schedule

Lists the objects due by a date, per country, and destroys only the eligible ones.
