The module keeps one acquisition ledger per employee and reference period (1 June to 31 May): months worked, days acquired at the company's monthly rate up to the annual cap, manual adjustments, days taken and the balance. Leave taken outside the main period (1 May to 31 October) earns the fractionnement days of the Code du travail unless the employee waived them. Leave requests are checked against the période de prise of their reference period and against the balance, RTT requests against an RTT bank that has not expired. A bulk accrual adds months to every ledger of a period and can open the RTT banks.
Key features
Reference periods
1 June to 31 May by default, with the main period and the période de prise computed; draft, open and closed states.
Acquisition ledgers
One per employee and period: months worked, days acquired at the company rate within the annual cap, manual adjustment, taken and balance.
Fractionnement
Days taken outside the main period are counted and the extra days are added unless the employee waived them.
Leave requests
Jours ouvrables counted (Monday to Saturday, public holidays excluded); approval refused above the balance or outside the période de prise of the period.
RTT banks
Days granted, taken and balance per employee and period with an expiry date; an RTT request needs a bank that still runs and covers it.
Bulk accrual
Adds months to every ledger of a period, creates missing ledgers and opens RTT banks with the company default.
Monthly accrual job
A scheduled job credits one month on open ledgers, once per calendar month.
CSV export
Exports the ledgers of a period.

No. It is a separate French paid-leave cockpit; it does not post time-off records.
Can the rate differ from 2.5 days?
Yes. The rate and the cap are set on the company and copied to each period.
