French quotations that carry their mandatory mentions

Every quotation of a French company is checked against editable mention rules before it can be confirmed: validity period, trader identity and SIREN, bon pour accord, consumer mediator, late-payment penalty clause for professionals, and for building works the price breakdown, the free or paid devis statement, the deposit clause and the decennial insurer. The printed legal mentions are built from the quotation itself, the signed acceptance is stored with a SHA-256 fingerprint, and distance or off-premises sales get the model withdrawal form with their deadlines.

Editable mention rules
Each mention is a rule with its legal reference, the customers it applies to (all, consumers, professionals, building works, distance sales), mandatory or recommended, a check type and its French wording. Rules are kept per company.
Check before confirmation
Check Compliance runs the applicable rules and lists every result with its detail. While a mandatory mention is missing the quotation cannot be confirmed (an option of the company).
Real checks, not tick boxes
The SIREN must pass the Luhn check or be derived from the French VAT number, a works devis needs a described line with a quantity and a unit price, a paid devis needs its amount, a B2B penalty clause needs a stated rate.
Printed legal mentions
Validity, deposit, consumer mediator, penalty clause, decennial insurer and the free or paid devis statement are written into the legal mentions block of the document from the quotation's own figures.
Bon pour accord with evidence
The signing wizard records the signatory, the date and the drawn signature, refuses a non-compliant devis, and stores a SHA-256 fingerprint of the quotation, amount, customer and signature in the chatter.
Model withdrawal form
For a distance or off-premises sale the withdrawal form is generated from the order: the 14-day period starts on receipt for goods, a period ending on a weekend or holiday moves to the next working day, and the refund deadline follows the date of withdrawal.

No. The module records the acceptance and an evidence hash in Odoo; it is not a certified signature or transmission service.
Does it decide which rules apply to my business?
It ships editable rules with their legal references; you keep, change or deactivate them per company.
