Checks the four elements of a valid Abmahnung, counts earlier warnings for the same kind of breach, records delivery and the employee's statement, and reminds you when a warning is due for removal
An Abmahnung is effective only when it describes the incident concretely with date and time, names the breached duty, expressly objects to the conduct and warns of dismissal in case of repetition. The module checks these elements on every draft and lists what is missing, flags a minor first breach where a milder Ermahnung may be proportionate, and builds the chain of earlier warnings of the same kind for the employee. After delivery it computes the deadline for the employee's statement and the date from which the warning is due for removal from the personnel file.

Four elements
Concrete facts with date and time (minimum length), breached duty, objection and a warning that names dismissal; each is a check box with the missing items listed.
Proportionality
A minor first breach is flagged: a milder Ermahnung may be the proportionate step.
Escalation chain
Earlier issued, delivered or final warnings of the same kind for the employee, the escalation level and a hint once two earlier warnings exist.
Workflow
Draft, issued, delivered, final, withdrawn and removed, with the required data checked before each step.
Delivery and statement
Delivery date and method (in person, registered mail, messenger with witness, signed e-mail), statement deadline in days and the employee's counter-statement.
Removal date
Removal due after a rule period you set (1 to 10 years); a daily job posts a note when a final warning is due, and a list shows all due warnings.
Text templates
Templates per kind and severity for duty, objection and warning text; a template without the word Kündigung is refused.
Letter
A printable warning letter per record; employees show their number of warnings.
