Training contracts with probation and pay per year checked against the statutory minimum, a weekly Berichtsheft signed by the trainee and the trainer, completeness for exam admission and reminders
Each training contract holds trade, chamber, vocational school, start and end, probation and the pay per training year. The pay is checked against the minimum training allowance of § 17 BBiG for the calendar year in which the training started, from a table you can extend. Trainees write their weekly logbook entries and sign them; the trainer checks or rejects them with a reason, and signed entries cannot be changed. The module counts the weeks of training so far against the checked entries; registration for the final exam is refused while weeks are missing beyond your tolerance, and a daily scan reminds the trainer of probation end, exam registration and missing weeks.
