Keep the history of the prices you practise and build your campaigns on it. For each promotion line the module finds the lowest price of the 30 days before the start of the campaign (the price in force when the window opened counts, promotional prices do not), computes the real reduction, says whether the announced crossed-out price is compliant, flags a resale below cost, and refuses to validate a campaign whose reference is not established or whose lines are not compliant.
Key features
Price history
Record the prices practised per product by hand, from the current sale price or from a CSV, with a backfill of past days. Prices recorded when a campaign closes are kept apart and never become a reference.
Reference price
The lowest price of the 30 days before the campaign start, including the price in force when the window opened. Without any recorded price the reference is “not established”; the catalogue price never replaces it.
Promotion lines
Percentage, amount, fixed price or lot (buy 3 pay 2); the line shows the promotional price, the reference, the real reduction, the verdict and the display mention.
Resale below cost
The floor is the purchase price plus transport and purchase taxes, raised by 10 % for food under EGalim until its end date; a line below it is flagged and blocks validation outside a liquidation.
Validation rules
A campaign is validated only when every line has an established reference, no crossed-out price above it and no resale below cost; soldes campaigns must sit inside a legal sale period.
Proof export
Export the reference-price proof of a campaign with the price history behind it.

Questions
What if a product has no recorded price?
The reference is not established and the campaign cannot be validated until the history is recorded.
Are perishable goods handled?
Yes. A line marked perishable is outside the 30-day rule when no reference exists.
