Industrial subcontracting with the loi 1975 guarantee

Issue subcontracting orders with the materials you entrust and the finished parts you expect, receive the parts with scrap, and see the work-in-progress value of the open orders. Every subcontract under the loi n° 75-1334 needs a payment guarantee (caution or délégation, or direct payment on a public market above the threshold): the order shows the coverage and cannot be closed without it. Public-market orders get their DC4 declaration, and the penalty wizard computes late-payment interest and the fixed recovery indemnity.

Orders
Operation, dates, materials entrusted and finished parts expected with quantities and values; issue, start, receive, close or cancel. Late orders and days to the due date are shown.
Reception and WIP
Receive finished parts with scrap; the order shows the quantities issued and returned, the value of the materials entrusted and, while the order is open, the WIP value (materials plus the operation).
Payment guarantee
Any subcontract under the 1975 act needs a guarantee; the wizard recommends caution, délégation or direct payment, the order shows coverage and exposure and refuses to close while uncovered.
Public markets
Direct payment applies from the TTC threshold of CCP R2193-10; the DC4 declaration is prefilled from the order, its worksheet generated, submitted, accepted or refused.
Late-payment penalty
Days late, interest at the rate you keep in the legal references and the fixed recovery indemnity per invoice, logged on the order.
Subcontractor scorecard
Open orders and WIP, total volume, on-time rate, scrap and conformity rates, average lead time and guarantee compliance, with a rating.

The legal references (direct payment threshold, payment delay, interest rate, recovery indemnity) are records you can load and edit; built-in values are used only when none is loaded.
Does the module send the DC4?
No. It prepares the declaration and its worksheet; you submit it to the buyer.
